3 /5 Diana Ha: I am giving this location 3 stars due to some closures, some of the trampolines were dirty with trash, there was caution tape on one the the trampolines in the trampoline area which is not functional if you think about a jumping place so you would have to skip over that rectangle that was lined with caution tape on the floor, there was 1 obstacle course blocked off as well. The staff themselves were really nice, it was just the environment at the time. Also by 12:00pm it was packed, so you could not really jump at ease without jumping into someone else. If you do decide to go here, I would say be there early and leave by 12:00pm to avoid the foot traffic, especially with younger ones under 6. There were plenty of seating and item cubbies to place your items while in the jumping zone.

2 /5 AI Ibanez: Pro: Great place for kids burn some energy. Cons: Safety hazard, death trap, unsanitary. Rundown, lack of employee (teenager) attention, no responsible adult on-site. Security guards at the door taking "break" hanging out with employees. Post js specific for the Eastlake location.

3 /5 Freedom_Rules: I honestly can’t give an honest review of the place as a whole, because I was a guest for a party. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but other than that, I am not into all the kids running everywhere and all the parents acting like little kids themselves. There is not enough sitting for everyone, which makes tables like freaking musical chairs. My family and I had a ridiculous interaction with another family over a damn table. Luckily, the manager was such a rational thinking person and made the problem go away for us. Unfortunately for Michaela, who was the manager, she got yelled at by this individual, which sucked to see, but she handled it with such professionalism. Thank you, Michaela, for being so good at what you do.

1 /5 alexis fernandez: I was excited to take my children here only to be disappointed. It was filthy!! I thought I was at a crime scene with the amount of caution tape they have blocking activities off. You would think they would take pride in their business especially with the location, I had high hopes. The foam guards are so dusty you can see the piled dust from a mile away. Everything is over priced. Please clean!! I know this business can afford a cleaning crew. Clean the bottom of that jungle gym, replace the swing at the bottom of it, dust all of your guards, bleach the restrooms, lower your food prices, fix all the blocked off activities , and sanitize your couches.

3 /5 Kim W: I was visiting from out of state so the first time there.. the kids did have fun..but that place is in need of a deep clean and maintenance..I saw duck tape holding up the padding on one of the trampoline the metal was exposed because the coving is all torn up. Someone could get hurt.
