1 /5 Yadira Mendoza: I usually don’t do bad reviews. But today I really got upset and I paid for service that I didn’t get. A while ago I had gone and I had a bad service by a guy who didn’t do a good job either. I stopped going for a while and went to different place. Unfortunately, that place was closed today so I decided to give them a second chance. I told him I wanted A deluxe pedicure and manicure.
Unfortunately, I had the same experience but this time with the young lady. She barely touched my feed. I feel like my feet only got soaked, nail cut, and then nails painted. That was not a deluxe pedicure I was paying for. When I told her she needed to take the dead skin off, she said “we cant do that you need to come more often”. I’m sorry, but my feet are not that dry she only put a cream underneath my foot and barely touched with the yellow sponge or whatever it’s called. So that was the first red flag it got me thinking here we go again. When she got to my manicure she only soak my fingers, cut and file my nails then said she was “done”. I asked her don’t you put like a lotion or something. I feel like we’re missing a couple steps. This didn’t feel like a deluxe pedicure or manicure. So one of the guy (worker) said “yes she needs to give you a massage on your hands. She will do it right now”. So I just got up and left I told her she wasn’t doing her job. I was upset because I was paying $68.00 for something she wasn’t doing I could’ve done that at home. As I was paying a lady(customer) said “your right they’re not doing what they supposed to be doing.” I’m glad I wasn’t the only one thinking the same thing. So less and learn here. I will definitely will not be going back. If you’re looking for a place that they’re gonna do their job for what you’re paying for let’s just say this is not the place $68.00 it’s not cheap.
