5 /5 Avinash Jayakumar: SeaWorld was a full day of fun for the whole family, especially our 4-year-old who was wide-eyed the entire time. There’s a great mix of shows, animal encounters, and kid-friendly rides—definitely more than just an aquarium. The orca and dolphin shows were impressive, and the touch pools were a huge hit with our little one. Staff were helpful and patient, especially in the kids’ areas, and the park felt clean and well-organized. There’s a good variety of food, though a bit pricey, as expected in theme parks. Overall, it was a memorable experience and worth the visit if youre in San Diego with young kids.

5 /5 Abigail Dupaya: SeaWorld San Diego is a nice day activity if you’re visiting or just doing a staycation and looking for something fun to do. The park has a lot to see and experience, and it’s easy to spend the whole day there without getting bored. I really liked the orca and sea lion shows. They were super fun to watch and it’s amazing to see how the trainers and animals work together. You can tell they put a lot of effort into the shows and it really makes it memorable. If you are planning to stay the whole day and eat at the park, I definitely recommend getting the ticket that comes with all-day dining. It’s unlimited and honestly a much better deal than buying food one meal at a time. You can grab food every ninety minutes if you want to, and there are a lot of options to choose from like burgers, BBQ, Mexican food, and even some healthier choices. It was nice not having to worry about prices and just grabbing something whenever we felt hungry. Besides the shows and the food, there are also rides and different exhibits you can check out. It is a good mix so it does not feel repetitive.

5 /5 Griselda: I had an amazing time at SeaWorld San Diego during my visit on Memorial Day weekend! The park was well-organized, clean, and full of energy. The shows were definitely the highlight. They were entertaining, educational, and beautifully done. Even with the holiday crowd, wait times were reasonable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the day. I appreciated how smoothly everything ran, from the entrance process to getting food and finding seats for the shows. The animal encounters were fascinating, and it was clear the trainers really care about the animals. I left feeling inspired and happy. It was a memorable and fun experience. Perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a mix of marine life, rides, and great entertainment. Highly recommend visiting!

5 /5 Ashutosh Sirothia: A great place both for kids and adults. Biggest attractions are Killer Whale Encounter, Dolphin Encounter and Sea Lion Encounter in addition to the Penguins. Place is better in terms of eateries and snacking places. The kids strollers hiring charges are exorbitantly expensive. Don’t buy VIP parking ticket if you can walk 150-200 metres.

4 /5 Brad Brockman: Definitely a fun day to sit and relax and watch some shows. Plan your day so you can catch all the shows. Parking is expensive and so is the limited food options. 10am-5pm is plenty of time. It is not a maze like other parks. The sea lion show is the best show. Tips: if you want to be chosen as a volunteer, be one of the first ones sitting down for the show. We were the first ones for the sea lion show and we’re selected to be part of the show. We were second to the dolphin show and the first guests were chosen. If you don’t wanna get wet, but want really good seats for the orca show, sit directly in front of the center stage or diagonally from it. They may be in a splash zone area, but you will not get wet. The dolphin show the splash zone is really the first three rows and it’s not terrible for getting wet. Plan to pay $20 for three tacos and/or $12 for dipping dots. General parking was $35 I would not pay for elite/preferred parking. The difference is not that much for distance.
