There were complications and they worked it all out at no additional charge and even washed my car when it was ready. These guys are honest and they get my highest rec!

I cant guarantee they will always be able to do this, but right before 4th of July when I was coming back from a roadtrip, and my engine light came on. I called every shop in Santa Cruz for a rush job, and after being recommended SV Transmissions, I stopped by. Due to the holiday, if I didnt fix my car, I would be stuck for 3-4 days. Brad heard my conundrum and went right into action. He offered to diagnose right then and there and if he could fix it same day, he would. Exactly what happened! Affordable pricing given the rush job, and I am stoked because I found my main shop for this area now! Thanks Brad, thanks Giselle you guys are awesome.
