1 /5 Manthan Shah: ""Please ask her for the charges upfront."" I got a haircut but I was charged extra (+10$) because she mentioned that my hair was longer. This was done after the haircut. while i accept my hair may have taken some effort (curly) but I wouldve preferred if she had mentioned the charges before cutting the hair.

3 /5 Sonia: I had my haircut today and paid $109.25 in total ($95 for the haircut and $14.25 for tips). My hairstylist did a great job, so I gave her 5 stars. However, I was disappointed to find an additional charge for the hairdry and shampoo when I checked the bill. I should have been informed about this extra charge in advance. (My hairstylist just did everything for me without asking)

5 /5 Anna Luv: I just moved to santa clara, was looking to change my color…. Walked in here total last minute , and they still took me in. Hannah did an amazing job on my hair. I was so so happy with it; i went from a orange/yellow color back to my browns. I told her i wanted darker on the roots and lighter on the ends, and that is exactly what she did.. she even stayed almost 2hr after closing time without any hesitation. Thank You so much Hannah, i will definitely be coming back!
