5 /5 Mel: Mark is an amazing hairdresser who nails my haircut and color every.single.time. The salon is beautiful, welcoming and chic. The service is top-notch. I always leave feeling pampered and satisfied. I highly recommend Salon Xia to anyone looking for a fantastic hair experience. Look no further than this fantastic salon and ask for Mark! Oh! And their new line of Kevin Murphy products are to die for! ❤️❤️❤️

1 /5 Alex Mercado: I recently visited this salon on Saturday expecting a great service after viewing the reviews. I arrived and everyone was very polite the problem came when they started doing my hair. I showed and told them exactly what i wanted, I asked if that was something they could do and they seemed to be very comfortable with the picture I used for reference. As soon as they started working I saw a couple things that were throwing me off but did not think much of it. The real nightmare started when they started bleaching my hair. They left the bleach on my hair for a really no time at all, after they rinsed me you could clearly see that there was pieces that were much lighter than the rest of my hair. I expressed my concern and they totally disregarded me which is when I started to get very upset. They started giving me options because they knew it was their fault, started offering me complimentary drinks when my hair was the issue ! After I still was forced to pay for the FULL service and after checking the charges i noticed that they added tip for the stylist and even the receptionist . Sadly i will not be coming back !!!

5 /5 Marcrum Shonda (Ldy3lu): This is an amazing salon! The staff is the friendliest I have ever encountered, the salon is always well-kept and clean, and my hairstylist is the best! I highly recommend this salon to everyone, because the hairstylists at this salon can do any type of hair.

1 /5 M A: Really poor customer service. The Receptionist, refused to give her name, and would not inform the tiers of stylists/colorists. I was specifically looking for the top stylist/Director for a color correction and she was incredibly unhelpful. Especially when I would have ended up paying >$650 for the service. She then put the phone down on me when I asked her to cancel my appointment as I was unable to get a clear answer from her. New clients do want to see the work of stylists on social media and saying "[they] have been around for a decade" is not helpful. Then she put the phone down on me! Frankly, receptionists dont care if the salon loses business. And there is no oversight or complaint mechanism either. Disappointed by the interaction here.

5 /5 Melanie Mockobey: I’ve been to a lot of salons and had a lot of people color my hair, but Akane at Salon Xia is the best! Always so much dimension in the color when I’m done - she really takes a lot of time and care with her clients. She’s also very nice to talk to! HIGHLY recommend.
