It was my second time going to the salon but first time meeting Joey and he was the sweetest and really took his time explaining the process of what was going on and was just very attentive to what I was looking for and he was exactly what I had been looking for in a hair stylist! I hate when stylists are just overly quiet and don’t care to explain what they’re doing, so I am very pleased to have met Joey! He’s definitely going to be my go-to from now on! Also Annie did a great job in giving me a blowout!

It took me quite some time to find a hairstylist I could trust, but I finally found someone who can bring my vision to life. Monika has transformed my hair, giving it so much more dimension and vibrancy, while ensuring the coloring looks natural and effortless. She also did an incredible job prepping my hair for my wedding day, including perfectly matching me for hair extensions. She takes the time to review what I want to ensure I am happy with my hair. I can say that 100% of the time I leave the salon with exactly what I wanted. My hair feels healthy while keeping the length I wanted and I feel confident. I also purchased some products that she recommended and so far Im loving all of them. Thanks Jaye!!

Amber is so thoughtful of ALL clients that come to her salon (not just her own) she even makes sure to provide gluten-free snacks as well, so celiacs like me aren’t left out! All of the stylists here have been so warm and welcoming, it really feels like you’re just hanging out with your girls. When I started going to Amber for my hair, I needed some serious help. My hair was blotchy and extremely damaged. I had been asking my previous stylist for something she was still unable to achieve after 7 years of consistency. After 1 appointment with Amber I finally had the hair of my dreams! She spent hours hand painting each strand to create a smooth even lift and correct the damage done by my previous stylist. She is so talented and genuinely cares for the health of your hair. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service in a beautiful, comfortable environment with stylists who genuinely enjoy helping you achieve the hair of your dreams!!

Originally, I had only booked a hair painting appointment with Allie because I had planned to get a cut at a different salon. However, to keep things consistent and because I wanted to try it out, I decided to book the next available appointment for the cut, before the color. While Allie didn’t have time slots available to do both services the same day, I was able to snag an appointment the week earlier with Olive for the cut. All I can say is WOW! Olive is so down to earth, she took the time to listen to what I wanted and she delivered! Never have I had such an amazing haircut (and I’ve had curly dry cuts before). I asked for layers and I got LAYERZZZ! I admire the close attention to detail and how intentional every snip is. Allie is also amazing! So sweet, welcoming, and passionate about curls. I couldn’t feel more comfortable as a new client. It was so easy working together to bring the look I wanted to life and I appreciate how she took the time to answer all my coloring questions. I also love that she took all the steps necessary to make sure I was shielded from any product accidentally landing where it shouldn’t. After gently applying products and drying my hair I was amazed to see the final results turned out exactly how I would style at home which tells me she really understood what my curls wanted. It also helps that the color is gorgeous! I feel bad that I can’t stick to one stylist but I’ve been spoiled by both of these amazing women and I won’t look back! Just goes to show how talented the amazing team at curlcraft is. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Kylie Hastings: Uyen was amazing!!! I am obsessed with my hair! She worked so hard on my hair and took her time with the layers. I was nervous to go lighter and Uyen made me feel so much better about it and copied my reference photo beautifully. She did my money pieces perfectly, something I’ve never done before and will be coming back to get done again! Uygen made the hair coloring fly by with her amazing hospitality and conversation. I will definitely be coming back! You’re missing out if you don’t come get your highlights by Uygen.

I came to her for Extensions and right away she was KIND, CARING, knowing I didnt feel "Good about myslef" I have very thin hair(Genetics, stress exc..) She made me feel so comfortable right away and being someone who has tried tons of methods of Hair extensions she by Far has done THE BEST job on my hair. I always learn something new about styling my hair from her. The salon is open and friendly. Parking is street, so remember to bring a little extra for that. I had no trouble finding a spot.

I have been getting hair extensions for 5 years consistently and by far Bahar has been the best hair stylist that has put the hair extension in my hair. First off she explained to me things about hair extensions that in the last 3 years I havent even heard.....kinda scary actually!! Bahar is freakin amazing! Hair extensions are NOT cheap but she gave me an amazing deal far better that I have paid before, not to say the quality was way higher as well! The hair extensions she put in were super full and I ended up getting 18". She is great and her work is great! def my go to girl for hair extensions in San Diego!
