Who wouldnt want a zero % option instead of paying full price in one lump?( I was also able to have more work done for the same price as just brakes at the other places). The other places I got bids from never offered, though I found out later that they had a similar option. Attention to detail is huge for me. Customer service and work were great! Highly recommend!

I was worried, it being a Saturday, that we would end up being stuck in Redding for a few days until the right parts and people were available. Chuy had my problems diagnosed and fixed in about an hour and a half. He also took the time to explain how and why things went wrong and what to look out for. No BS, just great customer service and quality work. As someone who was born and raised on the east coast I appreciated Chuys honesty and straightforward approach. BradnCheree Foy: Amazing service. Trailed a few mufflers!!! I initially went to 2 other muffler shops, and one of them directed me here! They said thats too big a job, go to major muffler on churn creek", so I did.... No other muffler shop offered this service..... When I went to major muffler they suggested that we come in and we trial a bunch of different mufflers to see what each sound I like and choose the right one. We trialled straight pipe, flowmaster outlaws and settled with a flowmaster super 40 series. The fact that they had them in stock was great too. Both other shops said weeks delay. So, off we went and tried a few mufflers, we did decibel tests to make sure we were still legal. Amazing service. Great quality job. Without hesitation I recommend them . Very very happy.

Max Power: I searched all of Redding trying to find a shop that would align an autocross & hpde daily MINI with camber plates. All of the big box stores wouldnt touch the plates. I found 3 local shops. One was booked months out, the other does such a high volume of referral alignments, my car was rushed out, and not at the final spec I wanted. (But within range). Carys does a great job. My current car doesnt have camber plates, so I *could* go to a big box store, but Im more than happy to leave my car with someone thatll take the time to do it right.
