1 /5 Dee Dee Arbtin: Made appointment and showed up for a cleaning. X ray lady was completely rude because I couldnt bite down enough around the X ray. I have small mouth and that was all I could close.
Dentist examined my teeth after waiting an hour to be seen. Said I needed a deep cleaning and a massive amount of fillings and 2 crowns.
Then the used car sales lady comes in and informs me that it would be 2000 to clean my teeth as my insurance doesnt cover anything, just gives me a "discounted price". The other work they wanted to do was 4300.
I tell them to do a regular cleaning as that is what I made the appointment for. They refused to do it.
Called my insurance, and everything should have been covered at 100%. Wasteful half my work day and couldnt get anything done.
Scam! Dont go to this place unless you want to be ripped off!
