If you dont know what you want exactly there is very little help finding anything. If you can get someone to help you they steer you to the most expensive products with the reason that there are no testers available for the other products.
If you do decide to buy anything guard your receipt with your life or sign up for a membership because there are no returns unless they can track you, no matter how small the purchase.
Jutta XYZ: How can you get it confirmed that you’ve got a nice haircut? When you’re in The City and a guy is staring at you, because he really likes your haircut. And then it turns out that he and his buddy are both barbers.
Since I’ve got my hair cut by Slim, this more and more.
Olivia Whitcomb: I came for a gel manicure and while I was there if for a wax. First they waxed a layer of skin off my face. So I had to spend weeks healing and repairing the scaring. Then I asked for a gel manicure and she pulled out all the supplies for an acrylic set. I stopped her and said no I want a gel manicure. She proceeded to lie in my face and tell me the loose powder was gel, its new and its not acrylic. Im getting my nails done at another shop right now and its been confirmed that I have acrylic on my nails. They lied, didnt give me anything I asked or paid for and left me with dark marks all around my mouth.
Rebecca Bommarito: Had my hair cut by Dana. Worst haircut I have ever gotten. I asked for a trim, thinking a few inches would be taken off. She cut off more than 6 inches. It took so long for me to grow my hair out and I stated that was a priority to me, only want a trim. I also do not like the style of the cut, the layers are very short and rigid.
She also kept combing my ear aggressively which felt unpleasant.
Will not be coming back.

The professionals here are attentive, polite, and provide amazing services. I highly recommend utilizing their services for self-care.
Carmen Kidane: Just book the appointment sis! These women are not only extremely talented but educated when it comes to hair! & they actually care! They leave you feeling beautiful from the inside out! The atmosphere is clean, beautiful, relaxing & fun all at once. Whenever I leave this salon I always say, “I didn’t need therapy I just needed my hair done!”. lol. My daughter & I are ALWYAS happy clients!
Jennifer Johnson: $100 deposit due before appointment could be scheduled. Deposit paid. Only to receive a text DAY OF appt. (1 hour & 30 min. before appt.) from stylist that she will need to reschedule.
