5 /5 Jeanetta Richard: From start to finish my experience was good with Van. She understood exactly what I wanted and she offered gel polish and I never had gel before and it looked great. It turned out great. She took her time and she did everything right thank you Van.

3 /5 Ginny Bartlett-Elbert: I have been coming to this salon for 10 years, as the new ownership has happened it seems the online scheduling does not match their in house books of availability. The last 3 times I have booked an appointment online using their scheduler someone has had to call me and cancel it. Very frustrating! I love most of the ladies who provide excellent work here so they do book up fast. I understand that just wish the appointment system matched the in person or at least someone would update it from the in person books so destination trips to the mall are not a waste of time. Although they did say they called me to let me know, I was already dropped off. Rant over

1 /5 Rufus Oloong: Never stepping foot in this nail salon again. They gossip about you in Vietnamese, and yet expect a tip. Horrific, if you only knew. The color I received on my nails did not match what I wanted, and I politely asked Linda if there is anything you can do to fix it. She looked at me and said "no". I told her thank you, and spoke to the receptionist. Linda walks to the desk and the receptionist told her to put another a coat of gel polish on top. Linda, visibly was frustrated and next thing I know staff kept crowding the table and they said a mouthful. I did not get an apology. I know mistakes happen but, how it was handled was the last straw for me. Theyre not forthcoming about the prices either, and the experience is not relaxing at all. I am never coming back here and advise my friends/family not to come here either.
