1 /5 altatattoos: Very dissatisfied. I tried this place out Only because my mechanic doesnt specialize in electrical. Was helped by a younger guy named Ramone & he was helpful. Came by a 2nd time to get motor mounts & immediately felt uncomfortable with the older man who I guess is also named Ramone... Go figure. He wasnt even working on my car for an hour & dude really called me , telling me i needed another job done. In my head Im thinking "you cant even fix one job without hassling me to get another job done", thats alarming to me. So that was annoying. I wasnt planning on coming back, but I had an emergency & I was really close to RC Auto. So I called them & managed to get my car to start, so I drove over to the shop & dropped it off. I call back 4 hours later & the older guy Ramone is of course, no help. He says he "cant find the part today, maybe tomorrow". So I ask " well how much was the part?" He replies with "I dont know". How are you looking for a part & not know the price?????? Basically my problem with them is that they waste time. Im a young woman, you really think I have time to be waiting around for a car to be fixed?
