5 /5 Eva Reder: Amazing experience! Andrea truly knows how to cut curls. If youre struggling to find a stylist who understands what your hair needs, look no further. She asked me a lot of questions first about what Im looking for, consulted me based on my hair and curl patterns, did a dry cut, and then washed and styled it curly exactly how I like it. One of the first times I walk out of a salon and not feeling like I should rewash and restyle it at home. Plus - shes also a delightful person to spend time with.

1 /5 Rebecca Rosemann: I recently moved to the area and was so excited to finally get an overdue haircut, especially as a curly-haired girl looking for a stylist who understands my hair. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The hairstylist no-showed without any notice. I waited for 20 minutes, tried calling, and left a message, but received no response. To make matters worse, it was storming heavily that day. I would have completely understood if the appointment needed to be canceled due to the weather, but a quick call or message to notify me would have been appreciated. Ive also Instagram, yet I haven’t received an apology or acknowledgment. This lack of communication is very unprofessional and has left me hesitant to return, especially as someone who values finding a stylist who can care for my curls.

1 /5 Briana Barrow: I booked an appointment in March of 2023 and she cancelled an hour or so prior to the appointment, stating she was sick. Finally decided to rebook December of 2024, and she canceled an hour prior to my appointment due to a drain issue and is not responding to messages to rebook. If you want someone reliable and communicative, avoid this person.

1 /5 Wilda Batin: so disappointed. I arrived today from San Francisco 10 minutes before my appointment excited to get a curly cut. When I arrived, the lights were off so I figured she was still on the way and went to grab a coffee across the the street. I came back and the lights were still off. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes before I decided to call her. There was no response. I texted the number provided - no response. I proceed to dm her Instagram - no response. this is incredibly unprofessional especially as a new client. Not to mention I received three notifications prior to my appointment reminding me of my appointment time. What a way to spend my birthday!

5 /5 Elisabeth R: I have very coarse curly hair. Since I was young I’ve always had a hard time managing my hair. My mom did not know how to help me take care of it so I relied ALOT on straightening and even relaxing. Due to COVID, I decided I really wanted to try and go natural but I tried to no avail to get my curls defined. I found Andrea through a friend and from the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel so good about my hair and my curls. She taught me how to properly care for my hair and how to style it afterwards. So many things I was read about treating curly hair, Andrea corrected for me (like not using heat to dry my hair or to use gel to style my hair). Her main goal felt like she wanted me to love and appreciate the hair I have! I am so grateful for her knowledge and ability to make us curly head people feel special!
