2 /5 Hannah Clark: The last three times I’ve come here, and I am a five-year customer, I have had to wait a very long time for my scheduled appointment. When I call to make an appointment, they tell me the best time to come in and that’s when I do the appointment and I ask if they’ll have enough time in my time frame. they assured me they do. When I arrive, there are five other customers just beginning their services and there are no staff to help me. It’s unacceptable to me, but I make an appointment and then I have to wait for walkins. I expressed my frustration and they shrugged her shoulders. I will not be using the salon again. My daughter has had the same exact experience several times.
