linda soto: THEY’RE NOT PROFESSIONALS!! I was attended by a younger looking female. I gave her a simple line design for which I sat for 2 hours watching her struggle. I had to stop her because of how thick and uneven the lines were. To make it easier I just told her to do a black and brown French tip, by then I noticed ugly white dots on the base layer. I asked her about it and she responded by saying she didn’t know why it tuned out like that. Overall the side edges were undone, lines uneven, gaps, and didn’t even clean the glitter well. All my fingers were different and uneven. Don’t waste money or time here!

Melissa R.: Got a pedicure (the lady was nice but not friendly) they rounded out the corners of my toes without asking if thats what I wanted (round corners can cause ingrown toe nails) but they looked nice regardless but my friend asked the lady doing her nails if she could fix a nail that looked uneven and the lady visibly looked annoyed and practically rolled her eyes. That same lady sat down to do my manicure and asked what shape I wanted (I have natural nails) I asked her to keep them the shape they are so I asked for the natural shape. She asked 2 or 3 times and still she flattened the top of my nail and made them square. I asked he to round them out and I felt the file yet again go straight across the tip of my finger flattening them even more. I literally left after that. I can not trust someone with my nails that makes me feel like a burden.
