5 /5 Valerie Coleman: Im so happy I found Krystal. Started coming to her for trims. Shes allowed me to stick around! Now she does cut and color. Ive never left unhappy after shes taken care of my hair. She makes sure Im as comfortable as can be under that heat ball I typically dread, offering a beverage and ottoman. You can tell an expert from an amateur not only by the cut and color skills but by the shampoo. I love her humor and conversation. Shes not a bore!! Shes funny and the whole experience is enjoyable. The salon is also very pleasing. Its clean, stylish, and ever-changing, so its like a new salon all the time! Worth every cent! I highly recommend Krystal...and shout out to Carolynn!
