She is also very helpful, honest, welcoming and I love how she makes my day! She also did my daughters nails and I am so happy with her work! Estoy tan impresionada como Renata Trabaja! All other nail salons in the San Gabriel Valley/Pasadena area noisy, unprofessional, dirty, and the technicians are abrasive. There is no sense of calmness or relaxation that one expects when having your nails done. Polished Nails is quaint, super clean, charming and it has a pleasant atmosphere. Karen does my nails and like never before, they are strong and healthy because of the care and products she uses. Attention to detail is a non-negotiable, she is so knowledgeable and takes her time. I finally have found my little piece of “nail” heaven.
