Pilgrim Temple Church - Hayward (CA)

5 /5 Paul Nowak: Pilgrim Temple Church is a Bible teaching, nondenominational church located up in the Hayward hills, about a mile up from the Hayward high school. The facility is clean and spacious with plenty of easy parking. There is a Wednesday evening service starting at 7:30pm and Sunday day services start at 1:30pm with the Sunday evening service starting at 6:30pm. The people are kind and welcoming. The music is very moving and helps you feel the moving of the spirit of god. I can leave any of the services feeling spiritually lifted up and encouraged. Taste and see that the Lord is good!

5 /5 Ingrid Conn: I have attended this church for many years. I’ve always felt the love of God from the people and the ministers. It is a true family of God; young and old all fellowship together. I always leave feeling happier than when I arrived. Beautiful songs of praise are sung with deep feeling. This is a happy loving place to worship and feel the spirit of God.

1 /5 Ally G: How dare you tell a grieving women to stop inviting church members to her husbands memorial because it’s on a Sunday! As a church, you should be a supportive and loving community, who should be pleased a member of your community is spending the sacred day celebrating her loved ones life with others. This is not the teachings God passed along to us, have some compassion.

2 /5 Bill Smith: I spent three years in this church after my honorable discharge from the US Navy in Alameda. I was truly hungering and thirsting for the righteousness of God. Initially, they made me feel I was part of a huge spiritual family, knitted together in love. As it turned out, I found as a single black male, that I was all alone after church as natural families within this church came together. I finally had enough of the undercurrent racism that the black minority in this church tolerated. I abruptly decided to go back into the world, as they call it.
