4 /5 JP G: What a unique building and great museum for anyone interested in local history. We went in and viewed the exhibit upstairs first about how egg production was huge local industry a long time ago. Then we saw some of the exhibit on the lower floor about Vallejo. The staff were friendly and greeted us nicely. Its a cool and relaxing place to be on a warm day. I appreciated that their exhibits had diverse points of view, for example, showing a Japanese American family and their business and also showing the timeline of blacks in Petaluma. One downside is the stairs are the only way to get up to the second floor, which is a little inaccessible for an older family member who was with me.
