5 /5 ryli gilbert: Thuy did a great job on my full set. She didn’t rush but didn’t take forever. Very pleased! My only complaint is it was very hard to hear what she was saying a lot of the time but ya know gotta wear those masks lol.

1 /5 Lizbeth pichardo: Got my nails done there 2 weeks ago and already lost 2 on my hands and one on my toes. Never had this happen at my previous salon. Went to try the salon and the receptionist was extremely rude to my child. She was also rude when I brought up the issue of my nails and said I was due for a fill anyways. My previous set I had was 4 weeks old and no lift. My toes were 6 weeks and the acrylic was intact. Definitely will not be going back and will be going back to my previous salon. Boudoir nails.

5 /5 Ryan Hioe: I got my sister’s nails done here. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very well organized and works hard to fit everyone in, including walk-ins. Given their professionalism and delivering a great product, it is easy to recommend their services to anyone. 5 stars!

2 /5 Deyadira Saldana: I’m giving this place a low rating because the day after my gel manicure I noticed the gel polish started to lift on the edges. The photos i added are day #2 where the gel on one of my nails is completely lifting off and the rest of my nails are starting to left as well. The customer service was great, they were very nice and attentive, however when you pay for a manicure that’s supposed to last up to 2 weeks it’s very disappointing to have this happen. I will update my review accordingly. I’m willing to give them another shot with a different nail tech and see if she’s any better. ( I went with Lilian)

Chelsea Ruble: Went here last minute to have acrylics removed and get dip on my real nails. The man removed my acrylics by soaking except for my thumb nail which he pried off. After asking if it was hurting and I said a little bit he popped it off ripping part of the left side of my nail off and causing it to bleed. My mistake for not walking out then. It took a long time, she said because I picked white. All my nails are uneven, not the length I wanted and my nails were filed to be crooked. Then 2 hours after the dip chipped and I days later another chipped and cracked and the color is off now as well. You can see some of the bruising and blood under my nail in the picture.

Dr. Sarah Yost: Updated review! Consistently good service and quality work. Annie is wonderful. I came across this place by chance and I am so thankful! When I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the staff who were working. While I waited, they had issues of CV LUX magazine, which is always fun to read. Annie did my nails and did an amazing job. I will definitely be back!

Maggie Dasis: Double check the amount you are charged and always ask for a receipt from this place!!! Would give negative stars if possible. I was in town to pick up my wedding dress so I figured I kill two birds with one stone and get my nails done for my wedding before going to my final fitting for my dress. The nails were decent, came out nice in photos but upon closer inspection they were painted unevenly. (Wish I had a picture close up but took them off as soon as my wedding was over). Got to the counter to pay and was told it would be $70. Okay fair. I tipped an additional $5 being generous as they were one of the few salons that could fit me in with my schedule that day. However upon checking my credit card statement I was charged $82.75. I reached out to the shop owner and was told I could come back into the shop to receive a refund and then charge the correct amount. Mind you I already told them Im from out of town. I had to tell them I live over three hours away one way so that would not be possible and that the nail tech giving themselves a higher tip then what was added onto the service is completely unacceptable and nothing but crickets from the owner. I chose this place because of all the good reviews but seems this places is really a hit or miss. Please double check your charges to make sure they arent tipping themselves additionally.

Excellent Nails & Spa - Clovis

Cherry: Went after church 2 Sundays ago and got right in for a full set and a pedicure. Services were fast and good quality, though I have one nail lifting I plan on getting fixed this week if I can get in on my lunch break. My only issue was that its cash only and I had to use the ATM which charges a fee because its not my banks ATM. Other than that it was a nice atmosphere and they have the friendliest dog that just hangs out at the door. It was a fun experience.

They have some difficulty doing smaller designs if they don’t have their specific design lady in, so don’t expect to always be able to do something fancy. But they get it done relatively fast and it’s fun! The TV doesn’t have good entertainment so I would reccomend bring headphones so you don’t get tired or bored.

The guy that helped me was super sweet and nice but $30 for polish all over my cuticle and gel flooding all around is not acceptable. I paid him because it was still his time but I will not be returning.

Nancy: Ive had my nails done for 45 years from different places and I was lucky to find one of the best person to do my nails here. Unfortunately, the owner is jealous because my person is personable, does excellent work and many of us have asked for her instead of others they had before. Well my gal just left the shop and I am so happy to follow her to her nice and friendly place. She was forced to reduce her hours/days and now the mean owner is forcing everyone to raise their prices. My gal is done. No more having to go in a shop that is cold, has sports on TV, no one talks to you and the owner speaks so loudly is the opposite of a relaxing spa/nail salon. Be ready to pay more (in cash) for your services. Im following my kind and wonderful person and so glad not going back into Clovis Nail Spa.
