5 /5 Tony Brimer: They called me, set up the appointment for the safety recall on my 2023 Ford Maverick. (back-up camera freezing). They gave me a time frame they would be here. The mobile adviser called me about 15 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. Showed up, did the software update, let me know he was finished. It was so easy. They did it in my driveway at my home. It was AWESOME!
