ZERO RATING IF POSSIBLE, Jenny Super glued the whole cuticle circumference to my nail in purpose, said it was to keep my nail from lifting?! superglued cuticle to nail is not ok, especially without communicating the act, which can cause growth defects once nail bed grows, if I didn’t notice. I definitely deserve a refund and more.
Very unpleasant treatment from Jenny, so unfortunate and disheartening, I literally just stopped the service, once I had enough and realized she was purposely mistreating me, paid for the service up to the point of where I decided I had enough mistreatment, which was placing acrylic fill and replaced both thumb tips, 65$ at Jennys request, a fill never being that price and I did not stay for design or color, I do not recommend, and am fully disappointed.Crooked, and taken soo low to the point where the tip can not be corrected and only filed down to the nail bed edge cutting into my natural nail, which I verbally expressed I was growing out, so I could eventually just get overlay style acrylics on my natural nail!
I don’t know why I was treated soo harshly, I’d always take my daughter to their salon a few years back and thought it would be nice to start investing in my own self care, so I went to Nails 4 you, I’ve paid fully, and tipped for the one first time acrylic set that I had done 2 weeks prior for my daughters bday, and was returning for a new design and fill, replacing tips on both thumbs that broke.
Prior to super gluing my whole cuticle to my nail and nailed edge,
-Jenny, ignored when I tried to show her example photos on my phone
-had my hand in the drier to the point where it was burning, and when I told her it was burning and felt like my nail was cooking she said “ I know.”, ( which honestly I should have got up and stopped the service at that point), then she sprayed solution to stop the burning
I feel like she was waiting for more of a reaction, which sounds odd but literally to say “I know.” When I told her it was burning bad, is way more odd and only the one thumb was burning and she didn’t even place my left hand in the dryer to set the acrylic only my right hand, which I now wonder was intentional
- clipped my tips way shorten than length needed for my cat tip style request
-filed my nails aggressively to the point my natural nail tip was filed into
- filed my nails extremely crooked
-aggressively squeezing and positioning my fingers and pushed my hands when she told me to wash them after supergluing my nail to cuticle and filling the nails down more
Kindly told Jenny I wanted to stop and I’ll pay her for the point of service we reached, which was replacing the thumb tips and an acrylic fill, no polish or design
Jenny requested 65$!!!!!
I paid by card and left
Super glued my cuticle around my left ring finger nail completely, that’s when I decided to stop the appointment
Jenny completely glued the under nail bed to the tip of my finger, which was when I realized the passive gestures of mistreating
The nails where taken soo short they filed into my natural nail that I was purposely growing and informed the technician of wanting to grow

As I am looking for a nail salon that could repair this disaster, I have been told by a nail tech, that was busy when I walked in but willing to set an appointment, that the nails were filed so narrowly and short that they can’t reshape right away and most likely will have To wait a couple weeks before I can actually make them pretty and long again.
