2 /5 Teresa Cordova: This is my second visit and I have to say I was extremely disappointed. Definitely not the quality I expected for $150 nails. They’re not bad…. But the nail on my thumb is slanted, and other nails had bubbling or the gel was not evenly distributed. I could tell my technician was new, she mentioned she had only started one month prior. The shape of my nails did not match, and after I mentioned it several times I could tell she was frustrated and I felt bad, however it was visibly different. It wasn’t until the end when she asked another nail tech for help. The second nail tech (I think it was Lena), filed one hand which was perfect and handed the other hand for my nail tech to finish based on what Lena had done. I think the level of knowledge should be reflected in the pricing. Clients should not have to pay full price for someone “in training”. After this experience I will unfortunately be looking for a new nail salon that pays more attention to detail.

1 /5 WildwestHONEY •: I never feel the need to write bad reviews but my experience here was undeniably awful. all I wanted was acrylic French tips nothing fancy, but somehow the lines turned out horrendously messy and barely straight at all. not to mention the actual acrylic layed was extremely thick and bumpy. I believe the technician that worked on me was new which is fine and all but I was charged 100 for my nails when what I asked for shouldve been max 50 dollars and what I got wasnt even worth 20, I couldnt even at least get my moneys worth by wearing the nails because 3 of the popped off not even a week after I got them done so I had to soak off the rest. I definitely would not recommend this place

5 /5 Myroslava Rytko: Its an absolute gem of a nail salon! Beautiful space, quality products and my nails look 10/10. I love how detail oriented the technicians are and that my nails look great even weeks after the appointment. Just had a fresh manicure done before the holidays and I love it!

5 /5 Rachel Haynes: Beautiful quaint space & convenient location in Santa Monica - so glad they opened on this side of town! Definitely PRICEY but given the amount of time (about 2ish hours) and precision spent by my wonderful artist (Lena was so kind and talented!), I’m hoping my nails last a couple of weeks and the health of my nails will flourish with the method they practice here. Will be back soon! Update 4 weeks later - my first set of nails held up really well. I’m so pleased! Went back in this week and just adore how my nails turned out! Lena is so so wonderful and detail oriented! Adding more pics (ombré French) to show the quality of work. My favorite nails of all time!!
