    Allison Martin: Our family absolutely loves The Bridge Bible Church! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and at home. Our kids are safe and thriving in the incredible Kids Ministry program—it’s clear that the team genuinely loves and cares for every child. Beyond that, we’ve been able to connect in such meaningful ways. I’ve found so much encouragement and support through the Mom’s group, men’s and women’s groups as well as a couples’ small group. This church has been instrumental in helping us build an intimate and abiding relationship with Jesus Christ. It’s been life-changing to find a place where we can grow in our faith while experiencing deep fellowship, a strong sense of community, and friendships that feel like family. If you’re looking for a church where you can truly feel at home and draw closer to Christ, The Bridge is the an amazing place!

    Deacon David Rodriguez: Beautiful Catholic church and the grounds are well kept. Office Manager is great and easy to work with. The Priest is the best and brings a lot to the church. Saturday evening Mass @ 5:30 Sunday Mass at 7:30, 9:30 & 11:30

    Oscar Bravo: This church says it wants new members and more people in service, but that is not going well for two reasons. First, there is a strong dividing line between new members and "OG" members. You will be treated differently because you were "not there from the beginning". New members will have a hard time feeling fully accepted because of this cultural division in the church, and it does not seem to go away even after several years of attending. Second, the church employs some of its members full and part time, so working for the church is at least part their livelihood. This creates territorial divisions, as no one likes their livelihood threatened by a volunteer who can perform the same work without being paid. This results in a "caste system" for the membership and volunteers based on how long you have been at the church or if you are employed by the church. The OG members act as if youre missing something they have, and you can never be as "full" a member as they are. Gossip is often a problem, especially when new members get too popular among the OG members and staff. This church feels more like an exclusive club for the founding members, rather than a church where one can find the acceptance and forgiveness of Christ.

    ornelasdragon: Im new here in Bakersfield, however Im a practicing lifelong Catholic so this is my third Sunday mass and I love this place. If youre Catholic and looking for a place of worship I highly recommend you stop by. The priest are kind and knowledgeable, Im very happy I found Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Stop by this coming Sunday for mass but get there early because it fills up quick. See you soon.
