The service was great and my car was fixed within 30 minutes without an appointment! I would highly recommend this shop as they are informative, straight to the point and ensure that you are in and out! Special thanks to Marco for being transparent throughout the process!

I honestly thought I was going to need to replace the fan and the fan pump too, but after they looked everything over, they let me know it was just the radiator, thermostat and hoses that needed to be replaced. It was such a relief & I really appreciate them for letting me know quickly. Everyone there was really friendly and quick to help. They kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process super straightforward. They also pointed out a couple of other things going on with my car, but there was zero pressure—just helpful info so I could make my own decision. The work was done quickly and my car’s been running great ever since. I’d definitely go back, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a shop they can actually trust. A HUGE thank you to the staff for helping me out and getting my car running again. I’m very appreciative.

Recently, my vehicle had to have a lot of repairs done due to wear and tear and also some body repair work done from a previous situation. The whole team and process was absolutely outstanding and Top notch! The owner Mr. Marco Lopez is a Class Act and made sure that I was taken care of from start to finish and he gave me the VIP treatment! He is very professional, intelligent and a very fair man . His Auto Repair Shop and team do very good Quality work on the car. Mark the Manager is always very helpful and nice and gets you done efficiently and quickly. Then there is Jose who is very professional and thorough and very knowledgeable and gets the job done! He is very meticulous and nice and makes sure that you are pleased with the service you have received. The repairs and body work that I received are impressive and I definitely would recommend One Way Auto Repair to all my friends and family and colleagues. If you are a person looking around for a auto repair shop, give them a call, you will not be disappointed ( I am very picky) and they have a nice clean lounge to wait for your vehicle with a coffee amenity. 5 /5 GK Frederick: Our 2023 Tacoma was rear ended and we were very lucky to find "One Way Auto Repair." Marco & Jose made our repairs seem easy. Our truck turned out looking better than we expected and for a reasonable price. On top of that they had our truck detailed out which was a nice surprise. The office was clean and organized. 5 /5 Marie R: Brought in my ‘99 Tacoma for a slight valve cover gasket leak and the 200k service. They took care of everything — replaced the timing belt, all other belts, clamps, hoses, seals, valve cover gaskets, did a transmission service, and checked the valve clearance. The service was quick, the work was top-quality, and the truck has been running great ever since. They even vacuumed and washed it, which was a nice and unexpected touch. 10/10 highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. These guys are the BEST.
