The lady hurt my skin on my finger she cut my nails crooked she kept Leaving to go do peoples eyebrows when I came first for mani and pedicure she rushed me out so my nails wont dry she painted my toe nails crooked being this was only 3 days ago I shouldnt look like this! On top of everything they expected my blind mother to walk around to a table instead of cutting her nails at the chair and they stepped on her foot! Never again I hope this place gets shut down!

Came in for a fill and left almost in tears cause I still have polish from my previous set on my nails the shape is uneven just all around terrible. I showed the lady what I wanted bef Re hand if she was unable to do this type of set she could have said so.

5 /5 Carly Fulton: So I came in with a good attitude with my 8 month old when we both left even better attitude for us two. Trina or (Tina) was amazing with my toes and Jason was amazing with my nails. Top notch. They were so kind and helpful to the point she held my son to allow Jason to complete my nails after she did an amazing job on my pedicure! She didn’t take it the wrong way that I kept having her file my nails down so short over and over, seriously I was annoyed with myself and she had a smile the whole time telling me whatever I wanted she would do. And Jason and I clicked immediately AND I changed up the shape on him in the middle and he was so accommodating to me and made me feel like a friend rather than a customer he had just met. I think it’s all about how you treat people then you receive that in return. It’s been 4-5 years since I had my nails done and I’m glad this was my first experience back. Thank you guys! Really I’ll be back in a few weeks. Thanks again Jain and Tina :)

I went there on the 18th at 9 without an appointment they weren’t on time and had other ppl ahead with appointments and only one employee… today I made sure to make an appointment since I need to have someone watch my 3month old… I was running 15 mins late so I called and told them also asked if it was ok and she said yes…. JUST to tell me when I got there to have a seat and I asked how long because I have someone with my baby…. She said come back at 12…I will not be coming here again and will not be recommending it.

She is amazing at her craft always hitting it out of the park on my overly nail designs. I always get complimented on my nails where every I go thanks to her. My nails last forever with my busy schedule I can’t always make it in every 3 weeks but I sometimes go 6 weeks with out a problem… her products and her technique I’m sure have something to do with that. She recently started doing pedicures and let me tell you relaxing and amazing . She is 10/10 try her out and I promise you will not be disappointed!

jeremy Ogilvie: Before thanksgiving I called and asked if they could do thanksgiving art on a 4 year old and they said yes. When my daughter and I got there they said her nails are too small for art but they can do stickers. They showed her about 10 colors to choose from and pointed at one asking “you want this one?” Over and over. Isn’t choosing the color a part of the fun and experience of going to a nail salon? Then they insisted on gel because it would “be better for the stickers”. I don’t know the differences. Then they only had Christmas stickers, and again did not let her choose the stickers she wanted. They painted her fingers and toes without cleaning or trimming them. I’ve taken her to one other salon and they cleaned and trimmed her nails before painting them. They charged me nearly $40 (before tip, which I did not give) for terrible service, experience and work. My daughter was happy, she’s 4 and went to the nail salon, of course she’s gonna be happy and that’s all that mattered to me. But before the day was over, the polish on almost all of her fingers had peeled off due to it being gel. And she wasn’t so happy anymore. After this not joyful expensive experience we will not be returning customers.

I’m going back for a pedicure ! -The price was amazing and the salon was clean and refreshing iced coffee while I was pampered ! I’m pushing for a spray tan service to come aboard !! It’s the perfect spot for that ! Thankful I found this location. !

Lomas Jessica: My daughter and I visited this salon while we were in town. We needed a last minute appointment before a wedding this weekend. They were very accommodating and understanding. My daughter is 4 and can be a handful. Judy was SO patient with her - chatting with her and keeping her engaged so she didnt wiggle around. I am so grateful for the experience! Tiffany was in charge of my pedicure and it was a delight. Wasnt too rough or too soft, it was great! Nick did my acrylics. I explained I hadnt done them in awhile and showed him a picture of what Id like. He was great and my nails turned out just like I wanted! Kim did my lashes and eyebrows. I havent had lashes in a really long time and was nervous. Kim helped me decide what look I wanted and went to work. The result is amazing! I feel great and look great too. I cannot thank Diamond Nails & Lashes for the great experience and the next time were in town, we will definitely be back!
