And the nurses or receptionist always laughing and always to be seem to have a good time while I sit here waiting 1 hour and more to get my mother seen! I tried to be polite to interrupt their conversation, when I was rudely over looked so they may continue their playful unprofessional conversation. I had to point out my moms major illness to get their attention. This hospital will not take you seriously.
