1 /5 Sharon Fertitta: I just had more than $2000 worth of repairs done on my car, and I am upset. I have a Bolt EV, so when they told me my battery was bad, I assumed they meant my electric battery. So when they quoted me $2800, the cost was understandable. However it was a 12V battery they were replacing. They charged me $190 for a battery I could have gotten elsewhere for $100. When I complained about the $280 0estimate, they reduced it to $2200. Makes you wonder why the estimate was so high in the first place. Plus $550 of the bill was just to discover the problem with may car, was that it wouldnt start. Kind of a no brainer, I think..

1 /5 Mark Caragio: Came in to the service dept. today to see about a one-pedal driving problem that we were experiencing with our Bolt EUV (creeping forward on downhill roads, unless you press the brake pedal--which makes this not "one-pedal" driving). After dropping off the car and just about to leave, the service agent let me know that the service manager said the problem is "normal operation". The service manger then came out and we were discussing this, with my position being this isnt truly one-pedal driving if you have to use the brake to stop the car in this situation, when the service manager abruptly just walked away from the conversation, without saying another word! Unprofessional, and fully disregarding of the logic I was trying to place into this topic. Hope this car has no more warranty issues, as I wont be taking back to Novato Chevrolet, and will have to travel farther for service.

5 /5 Mary Serrano: I am neither a review poster nor usually an auto dealership patron, but must acknowledge Novato Chevrolet for work on our Silverado 2500 transmission. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly. The recommended some minor additional work which was performed quickly and reasonably priced. Thanks

2 /5 Brent M: Were supposed to align the car frame and body which they did they were supposed to align the rear hatch so that the bottom two corners both were even this they did not do no explanation why not just gave me the key had me sign for the car and I left and thats why they get two stars for the two things that they did do right and the one big thing they did wrong which was they didnt finish the job.
