1 /5 Gabriela Victoria: I’ve given this salon two chances, and both times have been disappointing. The first time, my nails had dents that I didn’t notice until I left. The nail tech should have caught this mistake but didn’t.
Hoping it was just a one-time bad experience, I gave them another try—but I was so wrong. The second time was even worse. The nail tech didn’t know how to do acrylics, got frustrated, and switched me to another technician without even finishing my nails. Then, to make matters worse, they overcharged me by $20 compared to my previous visit because of the switch—something that wasn’t my fault. Despite all this, I still gave both nail techs a 30% gratuity to show I wasn’t being rude.
This entire experience was extremely upsetting, and I will not be returning. If you’re looking for quality service and fair pricing, I wouldn’t recommend this salon.
