4 /5 Tiernan Shuey: Had a great time at the salon! $130 for gel mani/pedi +tip! I was super impressed with all nail technicians and their ability to do special art and different styles. The only down side for me was my pedicure. My technician did her best to deal with some hang nails on my toes but kind of hurt me in the process and I’m worried about irritation going forward. I wish I would have been more vocal about not wanting hang nail treatments and just asking for a trim/file on the sides. Minus that, I have no complaints for this salon and will be coming back for affordable and beautifully done nail art!

5 /5 Melitta Kauppinen: I have been going to Nefeli Nail Salon since they opened in 2017. Since 2022, I have gone every three weeks for dip manicures with my best friends. I have never been unhappy with my nails as the ladies listen and do great work and never rush; they make sure we are happy with the product. When I get pedicures, I get great massage and am always happy with the outcome. I generally get dip manicures (with gel design) and gel pedicures. The pricing is comprable to any salon and the quality makes the price worth it. They are always accommodating to my schedule and will work to fit us in. My grandfather foes in for a mens manicure every few weeks and is happy with the results. I recommend Nefeli to everyone. The pictures attached are all my (and a few of my friends and moms) sets over the last year. All sets are done on my real nail - I never have tips unless I have a breakage.

5 /5 Liz Franco: I have been going to Nefeli for years and Mimi (also the owner) is my go-to girl! I constantly get dip with designs and she delivers every time. Pedicures are excellent as well—I love the massage and hot towel service. I recommend Nefeli to everyone!

Peacock Nails @ Lemon Grove - Lemon Grove Vera Kafkas: I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! Bibi was able to accommodate me last minute and perfectly executed exactly what I wanted. She even offered me a hot tea as soon as I arrived, which was a lovely touch. Her attention to detail made my full set look flawless — shape, design, everything absolutely perfect! Yvonne gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I opted for the European pedicure, and it was incredibly relaxing — the massage was perfect, and she took great care throughout. I highly recommend this salon and asking for them!
The 10 Tiny Canvases - San Diego Ariadna Gomez: Sara provided a phenomenal service! I got my nails done by her Oct 31, and while the product is advertised to last 2-3 weeks it lasted me 7 (first two photos below)! I went back today (Dec 19) with barely any chips or lifting in the polish. She was very welcoming, and made sure to prepare my nails thoroughly once she started. She also made sure I was happy with every step, from the length and shape of my nails to the color and design of the nail art I was getting. Sara was very attentive and detail-oriented throughout the entire appointment, and made sure everything matched the inspiration photo I showed her. The service ended with a coconut oil and hot towel hand massage, and I left her studio feeling pampered and very satisfied with how my nails turned out (last two photos below). Her studio itself is very clean and relaxing, and Sara is always a pleasure to be around and have conversation with. I’ve been going to her for half a year and every time I’m very happy!

Wilder Nails & Spa - San Diego Kimberly T: When asked, where do I get my nails done, umm, Wilder nails of course. Since day 1 when I walked in randomly, new to Cali, looking to get my nails done, Amy greeted me with nothing but friendliness. I was originally getting my nails dipped and Amy suggested overlay, not that I knew the difference but she’s the expert. I never looked back after that and it’s been almost a year. It has been great customer service every time I enter the shop. Amy is quick, efficient and I have never had an issue. The shop is clean, everyone is professional, a great playlist of music, prices are reasonable, what more could you want. Best local nail shop! Thank you, Amy!
Q Nails Salon - San Diego Melissa Faircloth: Came with my daughter for a pedicure and we very much so enjoyed the service. The nail techs are friendly and do a fabulous job. They were very kind to my daughter and took their time with both of us - my toes look the best they have in ages. This is definitely my new go to spot here in SD!
Four Seasons Nails & Spa - San Diego Angelica Pamintuan: My sister recommended this spot and was raving about how amazing her experience was so I had to give it a try. First of all, from the moment I walked in, I knew I was in a good place. Everyone was really sweet —greeting me and also welcomed my puppy. The space is clean, music is calm, and it did not smell so strongly of chemicals which was a huge plus since sometimes that can impact your relaxation esp if you’re more sensitive to smells. I asked for a gel x removal and gel manicure. DAVID helped me today and I just wanna say thank you so much, David! You’re very kind from start to finish and very meticulous with what you do! I explained that I have a sensitive nail because of some trauma that I had in that area a year ago and he made sure to always check in when he was removing my old gel X in case I was in any pain. The same nail had split vertically before I got to the nail salon but he was able to add some binder to patch the split making my nail good as new! He was very gentle in his practice which I feel makes a person’s experience because some nail techs can be quite rough and quick but leave you with some cuts here and there. David and his colleague helped me choose a color when my initial color wasn’t available. They were so patient and told me not to rush when choosing which I appreciated greatly! My manicure came out PERFECT and on top of that I had a relaxing experience getting my nails done which hadn’t been the case until today. (Huge PLUS was the hand massage which David did not speed through)! I don’t normally feel the need to write a review but I feel like this spot and the people who work here deserve the praise! I can’t wait to come back for a pedicure next time! My dog also thanks you for the treats! Overall giving this spot 5 stars for cleanliness, quality, service, and price! $45 for my entire visit! Mira Nails & Spa - San Diego Denisha Evans: I love going to Mira Nails & Spa. This was my second visit. The staff is warn and welcoming. They go over and beyond to deliver a comfortable experience by offering drinks and making sure you get what you ask for. Shout out to Amber. Girl is the best! She remembered how I liked my nails and delivered a beautiful set. I highly recommend her services.

I showed a photo of the flower I wanted off Pinterest and she did a better job than the picture!!!! My nails feel very clean & beautiful :) highly rate this place for nails!
Bliss Nails & Spa 2 - La Mesa Andrea Lona: I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and I can say it is the best salon I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. My nail tech is Kevin and he ALWAYS slays my nails. I’ve never gone home feeling upset or not absolutely in love with them. Any design that I show him he perfects to a tee. Their pedicures are amazing as well. Never feels rushed or like they’re trying to just get the next person in the chair. I highly recommend Bliss Nails & Spa 1 and 2!!! I’ve brought so many people here and they’ve all loved it and kept coming back. If you’re not happy with something, just communicate it and they will for sure fix it.

I’ve been her client for I think 1.5 - 2 years and I can’t tell you enough how much I think the world of her and her work. Whether I walk in with my nails perfect (seriously—I see her every 3 weeks like clockwork and my nails will still look perfect) or my nails completely ripped apart she always makes me feel great and doesn’t judge at all. Even while recovering from a huge surgery I made sure that I found time to see her. I’ve always kept my nails done but it wasn’t since seeing her that I started to get compliments on my nails. Now I get comments like “I always love your nails” CONSTANTLY. Thanks for being the best there is!!
