1 /5 Ri K: I used to be a loyal client but I am not anymore. The photo below is what I left with after asking for a root touch up. It is obviously way darker than my the rest of my hair, and Nara almost refused to give me a refund for this work, even after sending photos of the obvious demarcation. This has happened with Nara multiple times but I kept going back to see her, I don’t know why, honestly, and I kept continuing to pay for the service even though most of the time she basically ruined my hair color. Mind you, the color below her work is the exact same color formula that she sent me 7 weeks ago, when I asked her what the formula was because I had to get my hair done in another state. Nara assured me her root job would match my previous color and it obviously doesn’t. She refunded my money minus the cost of the product, mind you, she also did this last year and said she would fix it for free, but because I had a family emergency I had to travel out of state, and when I came back to see Nara a few months later she refused to do roots (the work you see now) for free, because she said it’s past two weeks of her work, and it doesn’t matter if she gave me her word or not. So anyway, I will not be seeing her and we agreed to “part ways.”
