Amanda Adkins: It took quite a bit of effort to get anyone to assist me and when they did they kept steering me towards the most expensive products claiming that they didnt have the ability to help me shade match for anything, but their most expensive products.
Dank Memes: I came here the first time n they cut me alright but when they cut me the second time, they were full on drunk and drinking and messed up my hair. I don’t mean to be that dude because they cut good but drinking while cutting is going to make you lose clients. Go somewhere else if you want a consistent good looking cut.
Jill Wallace-Cooper: I hadnt gone to a real salon for color in about a decade. Been filling my roots with Henna, which isnt a problem, until you want to color your hair with something different and/or add highlights, as apparently Henna in the hair does not allow for new color to be added. Shelley accepted the challenge and spearheaded it, trying and testing different applications, even though it meant an even longer night. Once she was convinced her method was safe and would work, we forged ahead. She applied at least several masks over the duration of the treatment, fully knowing and customizing what my hair needed. She was even more delighted than I was that the results were so fantastic. I cant recommend Shelley highly enough!
Sabrina Labra: Beto is so amazing. He has been cutting my husbands hair for about a year now so we decided to take my 11 month old in for his first cut and Beto was so patient and did a great job. He was so understanding about it being so new for my baby, worked with my baby to make him comfortable, and also did a fantastic job with the haircut!

Anna de Lange: i absolutely love coming here to get my hair done, i’ve actually not seen better results than i have here, and ive been dying my hair pink for years! the two students ive had the pleasure of working with, arielle and wade, know their way AROUND a color wheel and don’t know how to do anything other than a flawless application. the training and attention here is so on point, the instructors come around the room to commend and advise and it’s got a lovely laid back vibe compared to the typical salon thanks to the community they’ve built here. i couldn’t recommend this place enough.
Paige Cabral: This new place is awesome. I was really excited to hear Amber and April opened up their own salon. Downtown GV just got a little better!
Amber is great. I live in SF but I still get my hair done with her when Im in town, shes really good about fitting me in last minute. Shes always done a really good job with my hair and shes super nice, too. :)
