Nancy Tom Nails - Vallejo (CA)

1 /5 Lu H: I came in with my daughter so excited for her first manicure. I have never been into a nail place and seen it so dirty. There was nail dust EVERYWHERE. Spiderwebs, dead flies in the webs, so unpleasant. Then the actual manicure itself wasn’t even that?… anytime I get a manicure some sort of hand massage is part of it, none of that here. Nancy herself did my nails and she was rushing and didn’t even file or shape my nails evenly or asked my preference. The nail polish is spotty and not evenly applied.. so disappointed with the whole experience overall. Go to a cleaner place that actually cares for every customer no matter how “simple” the set is…
