2 /5 Marisol Hernandez: Just went in for hairstyling and a trim felt overcharged. Was not happy with the tangled fluff to look like volume and my hair smelled burnt from the curling iron and hairspray. Will not come again.

1 /5 Shannon Vallijo: I had an appointment at 9am with Blackie. Every time I thought she was done with my hair I would call my husband to come pick me up, this happened 3 times! When I thought she was done because she would shampoo my hair, she would have me go sit down and then start putting more bleach in my hair! She kept messing up my hair (3times) when FINALLY she was actually done she tried to charge me $250 when last time she only charged me $190 and that was with a haircut (I didn’t get my haircut this time. I was there a total of 7 HOURS! I asked her why she charging me so much and she said because she did 7 HOURS of work and I said no that’s because you kept messing up! She told me to go to the bank and give her the rest of the $35 because all I had on me was $215. Then she started chasing me out into the parking lot, taking pictures of me! Wth!? I have no desire to sit in a salon for 7 hours, on my day off, when the stylist kept messing up my highlights! If I could give negative zero stars I would. I’m never going back to this place again after this day from hell I experienced!

5 /5 Andreina Crespo: I’ve been going there for years and stylist Samantha is the best . Very sweet and professional and knows what your hair needs are. She always nails it when it comes to my hair. I’d give her 10 stars. Best place to go is Naked Hair.
