1 /5 Shika Prasad: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I made a same day appointment and requested Tony since I read good reviews about him. Would not recommend. He was not gentle at all and was so rough with the drill then he was burning my nail beds. It hurt so bad and I even jerked my hand a few times and told him he was too rough and my nail beds feel like it’s burning. He mumbled something and tried to be gentle but was so rough still. My nails were sensitive to touch and burned for the next 4 days which is sooooo crazy to me. He didn’t file my nails properly. The edges were slanted. He didn’t brush off the nail dust off of my hands so you could see the nail particles under the top coat. On top of that, I had residue all over my fingers. Waste of my time and money. I removed the gel 2 days ago my nails are in horrible condition and burn still when I wash them. At the end of the service, he asked me if my nails still hurt and I told him yes, they still hurt and burn and he said nothing. Took no accountability whatsoever. Save your time and go to VIP Nails.
