Scot Wood: I called about getting my eyebrows threaded. Unfortunately they do not do that but Victoria was extremely nice and helpful on the phone. After I hung up she was nice enough to take her time to look up a place that performs it and called me back with the information and also texted me the information. Helping someone when you do not benefit is a very hard thing to find. Victoria is awesome!!
AJ Vasquez: We made an appointment for 2 pedicures at 1:30 got seated right away but what was weird is that all of the employees were with customers. My wife was helped almost immediately however I had to wait almost an hour until they got started. This isnt the first time this has happened either. We thought maybe they accidentally overbooked time spots the last couple of times. But it seems like this is a trend for them. In the past the actual pedicure was good but I was rushed out after waiting almost an hour. After today we are definitely not coming back.

Parrisha Fortson: I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never had such a bad experience. I tried to give the owner the benefit of the doubt since they were so nice. I called to ask if I could be refunded since my nails were so bad. Theres water damage on five of my nails and I got my nails done less than five days ago. I let her know that she did not glue them correctly and she told me that they do not do refunds. She told me I need to come to the store to get it fixed. I do not want them fixed. There’s lifting under my mail which allows food and water to get under which is DISGUSTING. I’ve never had this happen to me. Will not be returning.
Nine Aragon: Love love LOVE this place. It was my first time getting a pedicure, and was nervous because I’m shy with my feet. I got the deluxe package, my boyfriend got the same. This package is one above the basic one. Absolutely loved it, almost fell asleep multiple times. And the massage chairs are amazing too. And the hot rocks they used to massage my legs. I didn’t ask what person I got to do my pedi but she was amaaazing. They also has great throwback music playing. Will definitely be coming again! It really felt like a mini vacation!
