Central parking to all major freeways and a suite thats all furnished, you just add your paint color and style to the room. I love the slots for color boxes. I was in a situation where I was leaving a salon on short notice.
My leaving was unplanned right before international travel with appointments booked. Im so thankful for My salon suite in Mission Valley as I did not have to stress about all the extra costs of finding furniture. They do allow you to move that furniture out eventually if you like to change your room around and your own. If have any questions Tony is always so helpful and sweet. Everyone in our suites is very respectful and keeps to themselves. The suites are clean and I my personal experience as women is its safe because the mall has security. So, I think about that when Im paying rent. I have worked at so many salons that I leave at night feeling so scared to walk to my car. Im all about honesty; I think the pricing is fair because of the location and the inclusion of the built-in furniture with your air conditioner and heating. Washer and dryer room as well. Compared to the competitor suites they do not offer a lunchroom, and I think that is our biggest complaint among us. Unfortuantley they say its not part of their model plan. I always think they should take their smallest room in the back and make into a lounge. It would be so nice while a client is processing for 45 minutes to have somewhere to sit other than your room with your client. There is a sushi bar, and we have a lobby that our clients wait in. So, I find myself waiting in the lobby with clients chatting, but its also a great way to sneak in a business card and meet potential clients. I wish they could find a way to litigate a lunch table upstairs by the lobby outside at very least. At the end of the day, we are stylits and we have to think what is the most important thing to us. For me is making things easy for my client. When my clients are happy, Im making money.
