Complete Automotive - San Luis Obispo Rachel Splitgerber: First of all, I have tried out 3 different mechanics before finally finding Complete Automotive, I had almost given up hope that I could find a credible and honest mechanic in SLO. The very first time I came in was for the same issue I had visited all other mechanics for and the experience was outstanding! They listened to everything I had to say, took it for a test drive with me to identify the problem, and were extremely thorough in checking my car for problems. At the end of the day they were able to explain everything that was wrong in full detail so I was able to understand the problem and understand all of my options moving forward. Whereas other mechanics pointed out one issue at a time, at Complete, they gave me the whole picture. They were very conscious of my budget and my time, and made the whole process very smooth and easy. I can’t recommend them enough!! Even now, with a different, more reliable vehicle, I still take it to them for all of my maintenance needs. The photo attached is of my boyfriend’s car when he had to get it towed unexpectedly in the middle of the night, the very next day they were able to get it in, and had the whole process from identifying the issue to replacing the parts completed within just a few days!
