3 /5 jeff b: OMGosh! The rude receptionists name is Maria! And she has driven a possible permanent wedge between me and my doctor of over twelve plus years! Its a longer story than i care to take the time to type out but the gist of it is that she recommended that I find another doctor that i can reach "full time". "FULL TIME??? I didnt know there was such a thing as a part time doctor! So after i had her repeat what she had just said to me...so I could make sure I heard her correctly.. she proceeded to abruptly end the conversation and HUNG UP ON ME! Like i said, I have known Michelle Gonzales for well over a decade and have nothing but rave reviews for her as a doctor AND a good person but this is and has been VERY upsetting to say the least! Dr. Gonzales I sure hope you read these reviews and realize that this woman is not only harmful but detrimental to your practice. And if you DO read this please reach back out to me as this seems to be the only way to get in contact with you without going through your phonelines. Thanks, J.

5 /5 Suzanne Williams: Dr. Gonzalez has been my physician for over fifteen years. We initially came in contact with her after hours one night when my husband came in for an acute pain issue. She was very caring, warm and professional as she treated him that evening. Shortly after that I was able to select her to be my doctor. Over the years of treatments and check ups we have shared many of our life experiences. She really does treat the whole person and has become like family to me. In fact she was the first doctor who I had maternal feelings toward. Its so funny because as Ive grown older many of my doctors have become younger and I view many as my adult children! I highly recommend Dr. Michelle Gonzales.

2 /5 Miss K: Dr. Gonzalez has great reviews but unfortunately she apparently is only working part time now. I had to change primaries because I switched medical groups and chose Dr. Gonzalez because of her reviews. However, the woman who answered the phone was completely rude and unprofessional! I explained to her how I switched medical groups etc., and she starts asking me WHY I switched medical groups like there is some thing nefarious about it. So I went thru the whole unimportant story about how one of my specialists moved further south and it was a long drive for me plus traffic on the way back because of their afternoon hours. Her attitude was still rude, and it was a waste of time because there was no way Id be able to see the doctor in time to get the referrals I needed. If youre not taking new patients then you need to tell the insurance company. Doh. Thanks for wasting both of our time rude receptionist. Wish I couldve stayed with the Perlman clinic. They are definitely five stars!!

3 /5 Mel: Dr. Gonzales is my Dr, and I went in on Monday for a urine sample becuz i felt weird and called becuz she told me to call on Thursday morning that I did. However, the woman who answered the phone was completely rude and unprofessional! And told me "I came in yesterday" which I didnt and I told her " I came in on Monday and Dr Gonzales told me to call Thursday morning" and she put me on hold without saying Anything. Then she picks up again and asks me for my d.o.b and name. She says "you just called" i said " i know, you put me on hold" Her attitude was still rude, and it was a waste of time because there was no way I was going to get my result from the sample and she said the nurse practitioner has to look into it. Which doesnt make sense becuz Dr Gonzales said she sent it to the lab. Thanks for wasting my time rude receptionist. Idk about firing but seems like she needs it.

5 /5 Dionne Mameshin: My primary care physician retired a while ago, and I have been looking for a new one for a while, and I am so happy I found Dr. Gonzales. She is a wonderful doctor as she is a very good listener and terrific at putting everything together. Dr. Gonzales spent a lot of time with me going over all my lab results and explaining everything in detail. Additionally, the office staff are very professional and helpful when you call in. If you need a wonderful primary care physician and you live in North county, I highly recommend Dr. Gonzales!
