1 /5 Henry Catalan: Scam artists. I called in for an estimate on a trailer door repair and they said 4 hours at $85/ hour + Parts. My driver said they finished it in 30/40 min using 2 guys. When I reported the labor was being overcharged, they refused to adjust the bill... It gets worse. They claimed they did not have a working credit card machine so I had to use Comm Data. Not only did this whole payment process take 2 hours of back and forth calling, automated machines and hold time, it cost $64 for the transaction fee. I felt it was fair this company take responsibilty for the broken credit card machine and the manager said "it wasnt their problem". Use a different service, they will take you for what it is worth and will not release your vehicle until you pay them their scammed price.
