MemorialCare Urgent Care - Huntington Beach (Beach Blvd) - Huntington Beach Enas Salib: Okay, so I visited this location in July of 2023, and was charged $5.00 as a copayment. In August 2024, I received a text message from collectors who stated that I owed Memorial Care $20.00, which I never paid. Who waits thirteen months for this? I informed the collectors that I never received a bill from Memorial Care, and asked why I was charged for partial payment? Normally, there are three attempts to collect a debit before sending it to collections. Who would ruin his/her credit score for $20.00? I’m appalled at how they mishandled this and will never consider this establishment for any medical reasons.
