3 /5 Annie: Was here for 2 weeks my experience was good only problem was my pain which unfortunately they couldnt help, but I want to send a shout out to Anna the nurse director she was great very helpful and came to see how I was doing everyday, also the case manager was very helpful. Shout out to the car Glenda I love her she was always right there to take care of everyone.

1 /5 Blanca Martínez: Honestly I Hate it here I have my grandma here for about 2 weeks and Im hearing how she feels saying shes getting worse and they give her too much medication, they dont let her rest so much, barely even give her attention or help when she needs it the most, and I would walk by patients rooms and they look so sick I hope they recover quick, my grandma heard a man was here for over 30 years and he hasnt recovered yet Honestly the worst and they barely even give her food, they often get the same food. I literally went up to the counter to ask a question in English and the man there didnt understand me. Hate it here its the worst and isnt even so clean.

1 /5 Lorenzo Romero: Dont ever send your family here. They almost killed my grandma with their negligence and inability to properly care for people. They allow other patients to enter patients rooms and touch them with out any consequences. I got my grandma out of there. Unfortunately shes back at the hospital and has to completely restart her recovery.

5 /5 Julie Mestas: I was here for 2 weeks and I must say, my experience was 5 stars all the way. The facility is older, but you get treated like kings and queens!!! The staff is a 10 star experience!!! My special call out to CNA Jose who came to check on me and made me feel so much better just with his darling face, Darnell at the desk who helped me many times!!! Jennlynn who assisted me many times, Ma who first greeted me and got me out the right way!!! Carrie-LVN who I love and respect and listened to me!!! Azanae -CNA very good I told her I was going to put her name here so she would flash that beautiful smile of hers!!! Bernice my LVN she was amazing, spit on with everything and always smiling I just love her!!! Pedro -CNA he brought me snacks, yum yum!!! Jose brought me popsicles and I was so happy for that!!! And I can’t forget mother daughter team Joyce-CNA and daughter Hannah-RN!!! Joyce and Hanna were so good to me!!! Joyce washed me and helped make me feel like a wonderful person that I couldn’t take care of myself! Mario my PT therapist that helped me get through helping me to feel better and Christy the RN in the PT that was emotional like me and we had lots to talk about!!! I thank everyone who took care of me and how wonderful you all are about your jobs and Teri the game gal with her 2 helpers!!! They’ve got you covered with activities!!! The food is the perfect amount and they take care of you very well!!! You will get just the right amount of everything!!! 5 star service for sure!!!

1 /5 Devin Deleon: This is the worst place for a human being to recover at dangerously understaffed first day out the hospital my mother had her phone stolen kept peeing her self and pooping her self cause kept calling for help i spoke to the administrator to get her transfered they wanted to just keep her till her insurance was up when you bring up to the management they say there looking into it but will spend outside smoking for over an hour poor conditions poor treatment poor communications cant blame the staff because there taking care of 12 patients per nurse there needs to be a serious investigation on care
