1 /5 Jacqueline Rozowski: If I could give this place zero stars I would. On two separate occasions this place has severely disappointed me. The first was a random Tuesday that I went at 4:00pm when I got off work and they werent even open although Google says that they are open until 5:00 p.m. The second was today I walked in around 3:30pm on a Wednesday as their door says that they accept walk-ins I was greeted by all three women and even though there were only two clients there, the woman told me that they were busy and had no time to take off my fake nails that are now hurting me because they are two months over grow. Not only did they not offer me a different appointment or tell me when they would be available they just continued talking to their one client that was inside. Rude and inconsiderate customer service skills, I heard this place was good but Ive never seen it or experienced it.

5 /5 Skiphula Lee: I go there all the time. Ive been going there since I was about 13. They are absolutely amazing. Kim does the best pedicures and shes so sweet. Shell also hook your eyebrows up too. And Phillip, well hes just the best nail design artist I know. Whatever you want he can do it or if you want him to come up with something off the top of his head he can do that too. Absolutely amazing! I love them both!

2 /5 Sarah Halterman: Phil & Kim are great - customer service is great! They make you laugh and make the experience "fun". However, at nail salons Im not paying for the customer service (thats what tips are for in my opinion). I paid $70 for a manicure and pedicure, so I would expect for them to last longer than one week. Three of the nails on my hands that Phil added gel to have already chipped and the polish is coming off. Im not hard on my nails; I dont have a job where I use my hands a lot; I wear gloves to wash dishes. It makes no sense - this doesnt happen at other salons. Two stars for customer service and cleanliness, though. Hopefully they invest in some higher quality materials.

5 /5 Nacole Lacey: Phillip and his Kim are super cool! He asked me how do I want my nails rather than how I should get my nails.He took his time but was fast. Kim did an excellent job on my feet and eyebrows. Ill definitely be back.
