MarinHealth Patient Financial Services - San Rafael Sabrina Nucciarone: MarinHealth billing is the worst system ever. The people who "help" on the phone dont have thick enough skin to help effectively, continually speaking over you like a spoiled child. They defer to the nasty word of "should" and think that explains everything. Even if you pay at the time for a rendered service, whatever you pay goes toward outstanding bills but they dont send you any proof or confirmation of the amount you sent/paid or to what service it was applied, rendering a co-pay/payment that youve already paid still outstanding. Its not a generally accepted accounting principle to do that and I dont know how they get away with it without evidence. Its bad enough I was already in the hospital, anything that has to do with money gets on my last raw nerve and "should" doesnt cut it and a brat for customer service representative is in poor taste. A single star is being generous.
