5 /5 Karen: I’ve been seeing Cayla for all my colorful hair needs for over 3 years. With her extensive knowledge and expertise, she skillfully executes whatever I envision for my hair. I don’t live in Sacramento anymore, but I will travel in just to work with her! Would highly recommend Cayla and any of the others at Mane and Soul. They are a wonderful and welcoming group of talented individuals.

5 /5 Symone: The salon itself is beautifully decorated with fun art pieces while maintaining a minimalist aesthetic. The stylists and entire atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Also fully stocked with a number of great products for all types of hair and concerns. I was happy to see how clean the displays were! I met with Lily for a color correction. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She even invited me to sit in their pretty patio area while my hair processed. As far as Lily’s skill goes, I had a bleaching disaster that was covered with a “halo effect” style. She striped the black from my hair to recover what blonde I had, touched it up and made sure the color blended/matched my money pieces. She finished with a beautiful short and layered haircut. Lily truly is a gem. She makes every moment personable and leaves a big impression on her clients. Making sure you are happy and “feeling like yourself again.” ETA: progress photos and an update since last visit! Haven’t visited Lily since April and still in love w/ my color. She’s a rockstar honestly.

She goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with the look. Lily is super friendly and knowledgeable as well. I get compliments on how healthy my hair looks since I’ve been here. The protein treatment made my hair feel smoother and healthier than it’s ever felt. Highly recommend!!

5 /5 Matthew: Maddie was absolutely fantastic with my daughter. She took the time and really discussed my daughters vision with her, helping show h how things would look for after executing the cut and really making sure my daughter was Happy with every step along the way. Afterwards, she even took extra time to hold my daughter with basic hair care advice and maintenance in a way that was far more impactful than what Id been able to provide as a parent. This was a major change in appearance for my daughter, and Maddie made it a memorable, positive transformation.
