5 /5 THE One & Only Kim Howell: For those wanting to leave feeling pampered & pretty, this is the place to go! Andy ALWAYS does an awesome job w/my hair - from the cut to the color to the styling!! He not only knows his products, but he knows what style, color & highlights will look best for the look Im trying to achieve. Most places & most stylist rush the appointment so that they may move to the next client. More clients means more money for them.....but Andy treats you like a VIP! He takes his time & does it right. Hes even very accommodating & was able to fit me in at the last minute. Hes a constant professional! THANK YOU, ANDY!! The sweet lady who did my French manicure did an awesome job! Im sorry I didnt get her name. I was on a time schedule so she came over & did my nails as Andy was working on my hair. Talk about being efficient! She even massaged my arms to relax me. Thank you! As for the rest of the salon, everyone there is super nice & professional as well. They always greet you w/a friendly smile & a nice cup of tea. They offer a wide range of services such as hair cuts, highlights, make-up, manicures, pedicures, facials & massages. The salon is kept clean & the ambiance is relaxed & soothing. Great value for services rendered!! AWESOME customer service! I know & appreciate that because I work for Disney & we always strive for that!

After months of not getting my hair done to pregnancy and caring for a newborn I finally managed to get some time to get my hair done! All I can say is that I feel like a new woman! Even though shes a bit of a drive from me I always end up coming back to Sue because her haircuts grow out so nicely and are easy to style. Shes so patient and takes so much pride in her work! Cant recommend her enough :) thank you Sue!

5 /5 Michelle Meier: Sue is absolutely the best for hair! I moved to Lake Forest and will travel to Luvie Salon for Sue. I have tried other salons and nobody could get my hair blonde the way Sue can. She uses the best products, works to make sure my hair is healthy and strong and takes her time. She does all types of hair extensions which I’ll go to her for my next install. Go to Sue she is amazing and a miracle worker!! :-)

1 /5 kayla doan: Place says its open was looking to get a $200 dollar treatment now I have to wait a full day 1/2 before I can get anything else done. The sign is on they have posters and online saying theyre open. She denied me services. Whether cash or credit I would of paid and giving a good tip.
