5 /5 Savvy Spaulding: I’ve been going to Jess for almost 3 years now. I mean no joke on the 3 years, I go every 2 weeks. I think I’ve only missed one appt week in all of the years I’ve been coming here. There is times where I don’t even need another fill because her lashes last forever but I still go in because I want to see her. There is nothing like feeling like a baddie after walking out the door but also feeling heard N seen. She is the funniest and most down to earth women you’ll come across. She cares so much more than how you look when leaving but how you feel as well. All around she’s a beautiful women inside and out. I’ve switched up my lashes multiple times (which I sworn I never would). I’ve varied from thick, dark N full, to less thick but long, to colored lashes (yes colored)! Let me tell you I would’ve never have tried lashes with color or switched up my style if she wasn’t my go to girl. She’s the only one I trust to go out of my comfort zone N still feel comfy!! She has always been down to listen to my ideas and try them out. I’ve always been very stuck on the usual styles I like so for me to even wanna be down to explore different types of styles says a lot. It’s the fact I loved my lashes so much I was like “girl let me see what else u can do” all because I wanted to see her lash talent and let me tell you a girl has seen her talent!!!! The retention her lashes have will make you stunned. Not only her lashes N characteristics of who she is but the environment N artist she surrounds her clients in is top tier. The second you walk in you feel at home N feel safe. There’s light music going at times that will have your head bobbin and not dropping from falling asleep of boredom That’s If you do have to wait. Plus it’s a cute waiting area that will have u not wanting to get up bc it’s a comfortably cute area to vibe and chill in. The artist in there are always bubbly, welcoming, and fun! This is a beauty salon where you can go in being totally yourself N will be loved N welcomed no matter how you come. I mean it’s such a friendly home feeling place where you’ll even catch the mailman questioning if he should knock or just come in lmao! From the friendliness, to the cleanliness, to the pricing and the results of what you want done is astonishing!!! I will forever drive an hour in the winter storms or through anything to see my girl Jess N her Lusso fam! She truly has become such a big blessing in my life and I’m appreciative that I can call her more than just my lash tech. She’s gotten me through so many ups N downs and if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t of looked forward to much of anything. She’s my girl for life and you’d find to love her as much as I do once you get ur butt in there to get blessed by Jess! I love my lashes N my lash tech!! Boss women help other boss women!! ❤️
