Ambiance:
The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a calming atmosphere. The spa is beautifully decorated with soft lighting, soothing music, and a clean, organized environment. It felt like a little escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Service:
The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. My nail technicians April and Kim, took the time to understand what I wanted and made some excellent recommendations. She was attentive and gentle throughout the entire process, making sure I was comfortable and enjoying the experience.
Manicure:
The manicure was meticulous. Kim started with a relaxing hand soak, followed by exfoliation and a nourishing massage. She paid careful attention to my cuticles and nails, shaping them perfectly. I opted for a gel natural polish, and she applied it flawlessly, ensuring an even coat and a beautiful shine.
Pedicure:
The pedicure was equally impressive. The foot bath was heavenly, complete with aromatic oils. The exfoliation and massage left my feet feeling rejuvenated. I chose a off white color for my toes, and once again, the application was perfect.
Extras:
I appreciated the little welcoming ways they had towards me and my children. We truly appreciate Kim, April, Ivy, and Mimi.
Conclusion:
Overall, my experience at Luna nails and Spa was top-notch. My hands and feet have never felt better, and I left with a huge smile on my face. I highly recommend this spa for anyone seeking a quality manicure and pedicure. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
