Dropped my car off and they said my car would be done the next day. Called before they closed the next day wondering what was going on to find out it was going to be another day. That wouldnt have been an issue if they couldve called and told me that earlier. Cost me another day of work. Had more issues on my car i needed to address but will be going elsewhere.

Eagles Fly Alone: This is a good man working here. I was totally stuck across the road, locked outside my car by accident, with the keys inside. I was in a desperate situation. I saw his garage across the road, was embarrassed, but walked inside asking the gentleman for help. He kindly stopped what he was doing, came out across the road, and managed to open the car for me! A HUGE relief, and saving me a fortune and inconvenience. I offered payment, but he said there was no need, and he did it out of his good grace. I was so grateful for that. I am not from LA, but if I were, I would take my car to this man, he is a good person. Thank you for helping me last week. I really appreciated that. All the best to you sir. I implore others to take your car here to support this business. I repeat...he is a really good person!

Rasha Mediene: I rode my bike down here yesterday from LA because I was told this was one of the only places that would accept my rear lights as I had them. Once I got here, Jose said back lights are fine, but he needs to speak to the Owner Jerry, who is on vacation) to see if the front ones are allowed. He even got on the computer and read some things to try to see if he could find information. While reading, confirmed that the back lights were fine to be flush. So its just the front ones that have an issue. Since he couldnt find info on the front lights, we either had to wait for a response from the owner or I had to swap them out. I was told if I change them, and came back that it would all work. Great, I can easily fix the lights. He also did take my number in case the owner answered about the lights I came with so he could inform me. I came back today with my front lights as Jose asked of me, ready to get my paperwork, and of course, he says to me that the back lights are wrong! I was a bit taken aback by this information.. he tells me that he DID NOT say the back lights were okay yesterday. As if I was just going to come back down here if I didnt have everything fixed that he told me. I asked him why he didnt call me if he had this info, and said he was too busy. Haha, so seems like they are understaffed and the owner shouldnt be going on vacation and leaving his employees not knowing how to do their jobs! I am 100% certain of what we discussed and now regret not recording the interaction. Jose straight up lied to my face! So of course Im not going to recommended this place. As they completely wasted my time and might do the same to you!
