5 /5 Laura Meyer: I just LOVE this sweet little church!! It feels like a good ol-fashioned small "Country church," full of God-fearing, Jesus-loving, kind folks with a sense of humor! The Worship time here is usually Spirit-filled & Spirit-led, allowing plenty of freedom of physical movement, use of instruments, & sometimes flags &/or dancing. I, personally, love the joyous freedom of being able to worship The LORD however The Spirit moves me! :)
This church has a long history of Spirit-led Worship with dance and song, as well as one of biblical teaching in a practical, culture-current way. The senior pastors are a married couple who have been at the helm of this church for decades, yet have never lost their zeal for The LORD or His WORD! I love them both dearly, their delightful sense of humor, their intellect, and their sincere desire to help all of us grow in a deeper walk with GOD. I love the freedom to laugh in church, to clap, to dance (when appropriate), and to pray with & for one another there.
In warmer months, we enjoy a nice lunch out on the patio after the service - always with friendly fellowship & even dessert! At least twice a year, the youth entertain & inspire us by putting on plays, dance recitals, etc. I love a church like this that values & LOVES the children & youth as much as the adults in its body! Were always praying that The Lord will bring to us anyone whom He would graft into our Body, so please feel free to drop in and give our church a try!! :)
